The 94, 104 and 110 in bcd 34/35/36-teeth have a 2.2 to 2.3 mm thick plate, and work best with 5-8 speed chains. Can also be used on the 9-speed, but the chain will catch up for what should be a good effect.
110 BCD 38-50 and all 130 BCD blades also work fine with 9-speed chains.
Singlespeed chains can but will have a slightly increased wear.
