• What happens if I am not at home when the order is delivered?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are various options;
- The courier will deliver the package to the neighbours if he or she believes they are to be trusted.
- The courier delivers the package to a parcel shop in your area and leaves you a note where you can pick it up.
- The courier makes a delivery attempt one day later.

• What time will my order be delivered?
In general, your order will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If sent via DPD, you will be notified on the day of delivery about the time at which you can expect the courier with a track and trace code.

• Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, delivery is also made within the Netherlands on Saturdays. Outside the Netherlands, this differs from country to country. Please send us an email or give us a call for specific questions.

• How long does it take before I receive my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. On this site you can find a menu about the delivery times that will provide more clarity.

• Does this product fit my bike?
We cannot give a 100% answer via telephone or e-mail as to what does and does not fit. We recommend that you read the product page carefully to find out as much information as possible yourself. If in doubt, you can contact us, but please note that we do not give any guarantees about fitting.

• How should I assemble this?
We recommend YouTube for the correct mounting method. You can find an instructional video for every job you can imagine. Simply search YouTube.com for 'instruction' or 'how to' and the job you want to do and you'll find enough.

• Why can't I choose from all models, sizes, and colours with a product?
If a certain model is not in stock with us, and also not with the supplier, it cannot be ordered from us either. This is to avoid disappointment.
If you still want to have a certain variant or product that cannot be ordered via the website, please contact us. We look forward to seeing when the product can be delivered

• I have placed an order but I want to order some more
If the products are not shipped out yet, call us ASAP. We will then pause your order and you can place the additional order online that we merge with the previous one so that you will not pay too much shipping costs.
