Are you not satisfied with your purchase or you made a mistake? No problem. you can return a product within 14 calendar days, starting on the delivery date.
It is important, however, that the product is complete and unused and is in the original packaging, additionally, labels and price tags are not removed.

Products that are damaged or used or have damaged packaging can not be returned. You need to handle the product very carefully.
Practical use is in no way allowed.

Overall, the product must arrive at our shop back in a brand new condition.

How to cancel before your order is shipped

Step 1
- If you have a customer account, log in, select your order and choose Cancel.
- If you have settled as a guest sends a message via the contact form on this website.
Indicate in your message the following.
* Your name
* The order number (this can be found in the confirmation you received from us by e-mail)
* The products of the order that you do not wish to receive.

Step 2
- You will receive within 2 working days a confirmation from our customer service. The amount you have paid will be refunded to you within 7 days.

Return a shipped / received product

Is your product on it's way to you or you have received it and want to return it back? That's possible, follow the procedure below.

Step 1
- Check on the basis of the conditions (see below) for return or compliance.
- Download and print our returns form you can find here.

If you do not have a printer you can also include a written piece of paper with your details and what you are returning.


Step 2
- Fill out the return form completely and send your order in a proper packaging to the following address.

You may of course also come to us in person return the product at the same address.
The costs for the return are your responsibility, so ensure sufficient postage is paid. We take no shipments that are not franked!

Step 3
Once we receive your product in good order received within 7 days we will complete the return and credit the amount involved.

Returning an item because we made a mistake or d.o.a.

We take great care in collecting and packaging the items you have ordered. If, by any chance, you receive the wrong or faulty product from us, please get in touch with us. We have a procedure in place to facilitate the return of the incorrect items and send the correct ones to you.

In this scenario, we will provide you with a return label, and we have already covered the postage costs. It's important to coordinate the return with us. Please do not send products back using an alternative method or courier service without prior consultation, as we cannot reimburse those costs afterward.

Conditions of Returns / European right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
1. The online purchase of products through this website you have the possibility to terminate the agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. This period commences on the date of receipt of the product by or on behalf of you, the customer. In the Netherlands we keep ourselves in when you receive the product, if the shipment has been delivered outside the Netherlands, guests need to present a receipt with date.
2. During this period, you should very carefully deal with the product and the packaging.
You will unpack the product only to the extent or use as necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product, the product must regain our returns in a condition that we can sell them as new.
3. You are responsible for the proper and damage them delivered to return goods at our return address. We therefore recommend that you send by registered mail to our returns. A delivery receipt does not count as a proof of delivery.

Costs in case of withdrawal

1. If you use your right of withdrawal, will not exceed the cost
returning to your account. Any charged administration and / or shipping charges are nonrefundable.
2. If you've made a payment, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the return or cancellation, refund.
3. If you return part of your order bringing the total order amount falls below the limit of free shipping or other price limit for postage than the corresponding postage are still charged and deducted from the appropriate amount to be refunded.

Exclusion right of withdrawal
1. If, in exceptional cases do not have a right of withdrawal features we will clearly communicate to you the conclusion of the contract.
2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is with us in the following cases:
a. If we have accomplished your order according to individual specifications of you.
b. The right of withdrawal shall be excluded for our business customers. You are a business customer, if you entered your company name during the checkout process with the invoice information.

Refund (credit)
We only paid back through the way it is done the original payment. If you have ordered cash on delivery, then we can only refund to your bank account. If you ordered your credit card, we can only credit the original used credit card used to place your order.
Eren credit to other credit or debit cards is not possible. If this is a problem, please contact your bank or credit / debit card provider, as they should have procedures to address this.
