We have the best-selling products in stock in Rotterdam. You can see on the product page, directly above the price, whether the item is with us in Rotterdam or whether it is in stock at the supplier (delivery in X days).
Since we have a wide and deep range of products, it can happen that a certain product has to come from 1 of our suppliers.

If it says 'In stock in our store' directly above the price, you know that it is immediately ready for collection or shipping.
If an item has to come from a supplier, the number of working days that we charge for the delivery time is stated above the price

Shipping Of Your Order

If the product is in stock at our store, we strive to send it the same day. We ship Monday to Friday and the courier delivers Monday to Saturday.
- We ship most packages with DPD. These normally deliver within 1 day after we ship the package. In the Netherlands, deliveries are made 6 days a week (just not on Sundays).
- You will always receive an e-mail from us upon shipment with a tracking code so that you can track your package online.
- You will receive an email on the day of delivery between which time you can expect the courier
- All our packages are shipped insured. The CO2 emissions caused by the delivery are compensated.

Please note, if you choose to have your shipment delivered to a DPD Parcelshop, it will remain there for collection for 7 days after delivery. Within that period you must pick up the package there


Delivery of bicycles

Depending on the brand, bicycles are delivered roadworthy or in a box. We state this on the product page. In case of doubt or questions, please contact us.
- Delivery roadworthy. In The Netherlands and Belgium we can deliver bicycles roadworthy. This is done via a specialized courier service who will make an appointment with you for delivery.
- Delivery in box. Depending on size and destination, we ship with DPD, DHL or PostNL. In box the bicycles are approximately 70% roadworthy.


Delivery times outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany

For shipping to an address outside ofthe Netherlands these are the additional delivery times.

Luxembourg: 1 business day

Other EU, Norway, Switzerland: 2 / 3 days.

North and Central America and Caribbean: 2 weeks.

Rest of the world: 3 weeks


Exceeding delivery time

If we can not meet our delivery time we will inform you ASAP, this will be done via email or phone.


Inventory Status

We use different statuses for the availability of our products.
You will see this status on the product page above the price. Note that if there are different options (color, size, etc) you will only see the correct status when you have chosen the desired variant

- In stock in our store: This means that the product is physically present in our warehouse or in our store at that time. So we can ship quickly or you can pick it up quickly.

- Delivery in X days: In this case, the product is in stock at another warehouse or at our supplier. Depending on how quickly we can have the product with us, and therefore also with you, you will see an estimate in working days of the delivery time to you. The X is then the number of days

- On request (call us): This concerns an article of which the supplier cannot indicate when it will be available again. Or an article which is ordered for you on request from our supplier.


Environment-Friendly Packages

With great pride we would like to announce that we use recycled packages. If you have received a package from us, it might include a different label.
