We try our best keep the ordering process as easy and intuitive as possible. Below is a summary of the steps starting from searching for the product of your choice to the final order. If something is not completely clear, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would love to help you.
Find your product
Through the search function or by clicking the different categories and by setting filters, you can find the product of your choice.
Buy your product (s)
Once you have found the product of your choice, choose the button 'Add to Cart'. The product is now placed in your virtual shopping cart, you now have the choice to continue shopping and search for another product using the same method or to settle and checkout.
Do you have all the products you want in your shopping basket? If so, then click on "Proceed to Checkout." You are now on our checkout page.

Step 1- Personal Information
Please enter your details and delivery address. You can then easily register directly as a customer. The advantage of being a registered customer is that you can finalize an order easier and faster in the future.
Step 2- Shipping Method
Choose wether we should send your order or you will pick it up with us in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Step 3 - Payment Options
Choose one of the payment methods we offer, such as iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Minitix, Maestro, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Step 4 - Check the summary of your order
You can check your order and complete. By selecting 'place order' the agreement is concluded. Please be aware that according to European laws we hereby inform you that by placing the order you are entering an agreement with payment obligation for that order.
Your order is placed.
You will get an email confirmation after placing your order. The order is received by us and we will check your order. Depending on the order, we will ship your product once the payment is successfully received by us. (unless the COD or cash on pickup is chosen).
Confirmation e-mail about shipping or ready for pick up
You will either get a message that your order is ready for pick up or we will send an e-mail with the track and trace code of the package. If necessary, we will [ for the pick up of the goods ordered by you] contact you to make an appointment.
For all regular shipments inside and outside the Netherlands, we use the services of DPD.
With the track & trace website from DPD, you can easily track the status of your package. In exceptional cases (especially for very large or very small packages) we might choose other logistics services.
